How to delete your account and what happens to your data
Account Deletion is Permanent
Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Please export any data you wish to keep before proceeding.
Before You Delete: Export Your Data
What You Should Export:
Answer Pages (HTML, JSON-LD, Markdown)
Export all your Answer Pages in your preferred format from each entity's page
Entity Data
Copy entity names, descriptions, specs, FAQs, and content blocks
LLM Scores & Analytics
Take screenshots of your dashboard and score history for your records
Tip: You can export all entities at once from the Entities page using the bulk export feature.
How to Delete Your Account
Export Your Data
Download all Answer Pages and data you want to keep (see section above)
Cancel Your Subscription (if applicable)
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel any active subscriptions first
Contact Support
Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
Include your account email and confirmation that you've exported all necessary data
Confirm Deletion
You'll receive a confirmation email with a verification link. Click it to finalize the deletion
What Gets Deleted
Immediately:
- Access to your account is revoked
- Your subscription is cancelled (no further charges)
- Your profile is hidden from any public listings
Within 30 Days:
- All entities, content blocks, FAQs, and evidence links
- All LLM scores and analytics data
- User profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Payment history and billing information
- Any uploaded images or files
- All API usage logs and activity history
What We Retain (Anonymized):
- Aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
- Transaction records (required for tax/accounting purposes, 7 years)
- Support tickets (for quality assurance, stripped of personal info)
What About Published Answer Pages?
Important: If you've exported and published Answer Pages to your own website, those will remain live until you manually remove them.
youraivoice.ai does not control content you've published to your own domains. Make sure to remove any exported HTML/JSON-LD from your website if you no longer want that content public.
Alternatives to Deletion
Before permanently deleting your account, consider these options:
Downgrade to Free Tier
Keep your data and access while cancelling paid features. You can always upgrade later.
Pause Your Subscription
Cancel your subscription but keep your account and data intact for future use.
Export & Archive
Export all your data, cancel your subscription, and keep the account dormant without any charges.
